Our recently renovated space offers 28 private onsite offices to be rented month-to-month or with a 12-month lease with 24/7 access some with private entry doors. It’s vibe is “modern professional” and attracts many types of professionals from attorneys to therapists.

The Hourly Office space can be rented as needed by the hour at Riverside consists of 1 day office, 1 executive board room and a small coworking cafe. Whatever the needs of your business, Office Alternatives has a solution!

Day passes can be purchased or purchase a few hours per week or unlimited. Onsite you and your clients will be greeted by receptionists in a modern style and professional lobby and offered free coffee with real creamer.

Nearby you will find access to plenty of restaurants such as deli’s, Italian, Pizza, Mc Donald’s, Einstein’s, New Mexican and plenty more! There are two gyms in the same plaza and in walking distance is a grocery store.
